Description
We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Service Desk Support. This is a work-from-home prospect in India, where you will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for various devices and applications.
Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
Assist users in setting up and configuring their devices and software.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Skills and Qualifications
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with ticketing systems or IT service management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
