We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Caller to handle medical insurance claims follow-ups and accounts receivable collections. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, knowledge of billing processes, and experience in insurance follow-ups and denial management. Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies via phone and email on pending claims.
Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims efficiently.
Ensure timely claim submission and resubmission for maximum reimbursement.
Document all interactions with insurance companies in the billing system.
Work with the medical billing team to resolve coding errors and
