Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. N
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. N
Review and approve journal entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and period-end closing. N
Supervise accounts payable,



receivable, customer ledgers, vendor payments, and banking operations. N
Maintain project-wise cost allocation and revenue recognition records. N
Coordinate with management for financial planning and funding requirements. N

Ensure complete compliance under direct and indirect taxation applicable to real estate developers including Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS and Individual ITR Filling. N
Review and file GST returns, ensure correct tax positions on construction-linked receipts, advances, input tax credit (ITC), and project-related transactions. N
Manage reconciliation of GST, books of accounts, customer collections, vendor payments, and statutory records. N
Handle TDS compliance for contractors, vendors, consultants, landowners, employees, and customer-related deductions. N
Manage/ prepare documents income tax assessments, scrutin
