The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management, strong market understanding of Delhi's luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai. N
Revenue Generation: N
Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue. N
Client Relationship Management: N
Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners. N
Strategic Planning: N
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment. N
Channel Management: N
Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline. N




Market Intelligence: N
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment. N
Team Leadership: N
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. N
Brand Positioning: N
Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers. N

Experience: 12–20 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects in Current Delhi N
Mandatory: Proven experience in selling high-ticket luxury properties N
Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients and brokers in Mumbai N
Demonstrated ability toclose large-value deals N
Leadership experience managing sizeable sales teams N
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills N
