Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the end-to-end accounting and financial operations of a growing US IT Staffing and Recruitment organization. This role requires solid expertise in client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close, along with a solid understanding of staffing industry financial operations.
NThe ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Skilled Staffing organization, possess excellent analytical and reconciliation skills, and be comfortable collaborating with recruiters, account managers, payroll providers, and clients.

Minimum 7+ years of accounting experience N
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting a US IT Staffing, Recruitment,



or Skilled Staffing organization N
Experience supporting US Government/Federal, State, or Commercial staffing clients is highly preferred N
Strong understanding ofconsultant billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, timesheet reconciliation, and staffing financial operations N
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Enterprise, Zoho Books, or similar accounting platforms N
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills N
Experience processing US consultant payroll is a plus N
