NAbout the Role
nAsour operations expand across major industrial plants — refineries, steel, cement, power, and chemical facilities — we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Site Mobilization Manager. This role ensures smooth mobilization of workforce and resources by maintaining compliance checklists, coordinating with plants, and preparing all documentation before deployment.
NKey Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compliance checklists for each client and state. N
Coordinate with plant teams to ensure readiness before mobilization. N
Verify and prepare all EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) and statutory documents. N
Ensure contractor compliance with industrial regulations and site-specific requirements. N
Liaise with clients to address compliance queries and documentation needs. N
Track mobilization timelines to avoid deployment delays. N




Maintain records of compliance submissions and approvals. N
Support site teams during mobilization and ensure adherence to safety standards. N

nRequired Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering/Management or related discipline. N
3–5 years of experiencein industrial contractor compliance, EHS documentation, or site mobilization. N
Solid knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance frameworks. N
Excellent organizational and coordination skills. N
Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously. N

nPreferred Skills

Experience in refineries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or chemical plants. N
Familiarity with statutory compliance and contractor documentation. N
Solid communication and client-handling abilities. N
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. N
