NWhat You'll Do:

Make outbound cold calls and generate qualified leads across channels N
Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal N
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive, self-starting approach N
Build and maintain a strong, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools N
Ensure all sales processes, documentation, and follow-ups are current and accurate N
Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the value of ergonomic, premium seating N
Take full ownership of your targets and results — no hand-holding required N
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify high-potential leads N

nWhat We're LookingFor:

0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales (freshers with the right attitude are welcome) N
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English N
A go-getter attitude — someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told N
Robust sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes N
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections N
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly N
Basic proficiency with CRM tools/MS Office (training will be provided) N
Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection — sales isn't always a straight line N
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, evolving startup setting N
