Have robust technical and functional background and understanding of banking products implementation N
Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding N
Good analytical abilities N

Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.E. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage N
Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage N
Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks N
Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution. N
Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality. N
Encourage teams to increase productivity N
Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt. N
