Counsel students and working professionals for Skill Development courses.
Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course structure, fees, batches, and career prospects.
Maintain lead records and achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
