Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients to provide product or service information.
Resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or customer service role.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate international time zones.
Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
