NJob Summary:
NResponsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls.
NKey Responsibilities
n
Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
N
Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities.
N
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization.
N
Record asset additions,transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting.
N
Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets.
N
Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing.
N
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls.
N
Support statutory, internal,



and tax audits by providing required documentation.
NQualifications
n
B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
N
3–5 years of experiencein Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management.
N
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred.
