Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support : Assist with logistics coordination, ensuring timely and productive operations in the aviation sector.
Documentation Management : Help in maintaining and organizing key operational documents, including flight schedules, cargo manifests, and inventory records.
Communication : Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination between aviation and logistics teams.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, assisting with flight bookings, and resolving issues related to logistics or travel services.
Data Entry & Reporting : Assist in maintaining accurate data records and preparing reports on logistics and aviation operations.
Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration :



Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to the operations of both the aviation and logistics sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate with 0–1 years of experience in aviation or logistics .
A strong interest in aviation , logistics , and supply chain management .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of aviation operations or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
