Job description
Define and implement automation test processes, strategies, and approaches for complex test requirements with support from the Technical Architect and get buy-in from the stakeholders.
Analyze competitive products and technologies; make appropriate suggestions (using demos and POCs) to influence product/technology direction.
Provide a practical approach to complex product testing, specifically in test case automation for regression testing. Be a creative and proactive thinker; use current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.
Review product requirements along with functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.

Skills and Experience
Master s / Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
10 - 15 years of experience in test automation.
4 - 5 years of experience in Software Automation and associated tools, frameworks, and infrastructures.
Comfortable with multiple open-source tools like Java, Selenium,



Cucumber, Mobile Native (Swift XCUITest), and JavaScript.
An e-commerce background with experience ib one or more platforms, such as out of SFCC, ATG, and Hybris is desirable.
Prior experience leading an automation team of 5 - 8 resources.
Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
Prior development experience and knowledge of other automation tools would be a plus.
Expertise in working directly with customers and working with CoEs is desirable.
Hands-on experience in designing various automation frameworks like hybrid, data-driven, keyword drove, etc
