Key Responsibilities
Apply instructional design concepts and adult learning theories to develop effective training materials.
Create storyboards and PowerPoint presentations for various training formats, including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Virtual ILT (vILT).
Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and clarify expectations, ensuring that materials meet client specifications.
Utilize content authoring tools (experience with Whatfix, WalkMe, etc. is desirable) to develop high-quality training content.
Mandatory Skills
Robust instructional design background.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Desired Skills
Experience in storyboarding and creating training content specifically for eLearning, ILT, and vILT formats.
