As an Azure Administrator with a solid foundation in Azure fundamentals, you will be equipped to handle basic Azure tasks, cloud monitoring, and initial troubleshooting. You will manage staffing needs, support day-to-day Azure operations, and ensure a smooth cloud experience. You will be the skilled technician who can act as the first point of contact for end-users to resolve or escalate issues related to Azure.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years in an IT role or related domain.
Minimum two years of experience in Azure Administration .

Responsibilities
Excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal skills , and the ability to work well within a small team.
Monitoring Azure resources, profiles, and subscriptions along with analyzing performance metrics, and generating required reports.
Setting up private and public cloud settings .
Set up and manage Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and basic network configurations .
Balancing and deploying workloads .
To identify and resolve common Azure issues,



escalating more complex problems to higher tiers when necessary.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and investigate solutions.
Willingness to support all areas of the IT services user base as required.
Work seamlessly with a team, supporting and contributing to projects under supervision.
Supporting/implementing BYOD strategies and managing devices through Intune .

Capabilities & Skills
Must be AZ-104 certified .
