About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The primary focus of this role will be on recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination, along with supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and interview availability.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain timely communication.
Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions and job postings.
Support the HR team in other HR operational activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Prior exposure to recruitment or HR activities will be an added advantage.
Note: Candidates currently based in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) are preferred.
