Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with solid expertise in H1B Transfers , H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultant marketing in the US IT Staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle H1B Transfers and market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants.
Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Source recent requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Build and maintain solid vendor and client relationships.
Negotiate rates and close placements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end submission process.




Maintain consultant availability and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly placement targets.
