The Senior System Administrator would be responsible for handling advanced first level support of service requests in a qualified and timely manner
This relates to all technology, including workstations, resolve or escalate issues related to desktop hardware, software, network, and others when a request is raised through phone calls, emails, or chats

Job Responsibilities
Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
Application installation and support
Printer installation and support
Client VPN installation and support
Microsoft Office Suite Support
Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Exchange/Office 365 user management and troubleshooting

Must Haves
Positive conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS
At least 3 years of Windows desktop end-user technical support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Added Advantage
Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups & Firewalls.
Networking skills (Windows, CISCO).
VMWare Certified
MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification.
