Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Implementation Manager.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our teams success by applying their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm in a cooperative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.
Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and training.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
