Design and execute Supplier Management initiatives in line with the organization s objectives and priorities
Ensure smooth and productive supply chain operations at the factory, adhering to organization strategy and overall Supply Chain policies.
Handle Indirect commodities for PAN India operations - Skilled managed Services, Logistics, Warehousing, IMPORT/EXPORT, Contractors, Business Services
Coordinate and liaison closely with stakeholders and HQ for all strategic sourcing, supplier performance reviews, project implementations and other key supply chain initiatives.
Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals at the factory.
Delegate tasks, provide coaching, and ensure team members have the resources and support to perform effectively.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Review Technical and Commercial documents, Contracts, GPAs and NDAs which are related to the factory.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with suppliers and work with suppliers and internal teams to design plans for action from the review




Stratify suppliers based on strategic importance; design customized supplier engagement programs
Identify risks early and proactively mitigate them
Monitor performance of the suppliers and raise alerts on any technology, supply chain, quality gaps, and work with suppliers and Ather teams to design improvement plans
Work closely with the supply base and the internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely Supply fulfillment and Quality to successfully execute the supplier engagement plans
Communicate to suppliers on happenings and events at Ather

Here s what we are looking for:
At least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Indirect commodities procurement - Skilled managed Services, Logistics, Warehousing, IMPORT/EXPORT, Contractors, Business Services.
Good experience on understanding of supplier landscape, value chain mapping, understanding of Zero based costing.
