Key Responsibilities:
Manage shift operations , including production and workforce allocation.
Ensure SOP compliance , quality checks , and maintenance schedules are followed.
Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and 5S standards to maintain a secure and organized workspace.
Minimize scrap, downtime, and absenteeism while optimizing operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing or production operations .
Solid knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and process optimization .
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
