Handling Instruments Like TTR, DFT meter. So that the Product should achieve the proper EMT.
Line Facility Improvements of Customers such as BAJAJ AUTO, JCB INDIA Ltd, IFB,
Defect Handling of the customers line.
Working with Customers such as JCB INDIA Ltd, BAJAJ AUTO, IFB
Conducting audits of Quality and production material at various OEM's.
Responsible for Current Colour and Product Development.
IQC Problem Study and Countermeasure Implementation.
Responsible for managing Booth parameters.
Responsible for Production and Process Engineering Activities at Customers End.
Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is protected, reliable and productive
Creating a customer-centric environment in shop floor with various new innovative ideas execution by low cost automation.
Co-ordination with Production Planning teams
