We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer for a challenging and rewarding leadership position in technical sales.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for India, driving growth, and expanding Henkel's footprint in the infrastructure rehabilitation market
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual sales plans in alignment with business unit objectives.
Generate and qualify leads, conduct technical presentations to engineering firms, and represent Henkel at key industry meetings and conferences.
Manage the business development effort defining strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.
