Functional & technical leadership of a team (approx. 10 employees) in India location
Development and coordination of standard procedures, instructions, and documentation
Performance evaluations using standardized tools and methods
Catalog database maintenance and print catalog coordination (global scope, cross-functional alignment)
Coordination of catalog linkages (Europe/IMEA region) and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile as Team Lead - Catalog Data Management Europe & IMEA
Master data update management (CDB, TecDoc standards) ensuring catalog integrity and compliance
Maintenance of central vehicle master data (CDB and PIMS alignment)
Interface with Sales, Category Management Management, and IT for layout requirements and technical implementations.
Resource planning, recruitment, and deployment considering labor laws, and qualifications
Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and personnel requirements
Conducting employee interviews, including challenging conversations (e.g., performance reviews)
