Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using React (with Vite) for frontend and Node.js for backend development
Work with SQL and MongoDB databases, designing productive queries, optimizing schema, and ensuring data integrity
Architect high-performance systems, implementing scalable and maintainable code across the stack
Integrate and orchestrate AI tools and models (e.g., Cursor IDE) to accelerate development, automate code generation, and enhance application capabilities
Translate complex requirements into accurate instructions for AI-assisted development and review AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
Ensure applications are user-friendly, performant, and meet high-quality standards
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to implement new features and improvements
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both frontend and backend systems to ensure reliability and scalability
Stay updated on emerging AI models, full stack technologies,



and software engineering best practices

Desired Candidate Profile:
7–10+ years of qualified experience in full stack software development, with broad and deep technical expertise
Strong proficiency in React (Vite) for building responsive and performant frontends
Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development and server-side application architecture
Solid experience with SQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and data management
Familiarity and practical experience with AI tools and models (e.g., Cursor IDE), including AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering
Ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications independently
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to work autonomously while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance
