Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary:
Up to 35,000 In-Hand (Based on experience & interview performance).

Shift Details:
5 Days Working.
2 Rotational Week Offs.
Rotational Shifts.

Transportation:
Two-Way Cab Facility (Nearby to JP Nagar).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
For Sales Process , achieve sales targets through effective communication and upselling.
