About the Role
We are looking for an agile, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our APAC Property and Casualty Operations Team in Bangalore as a
Reinsurance Operations Associate .
The APAC Operations team is part of the P&C; Reinsurance Division , managing in-force reinsurance business end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for reinsurance accounts and claims handling, ensuring full contractual compliance. You will work within a structured policy and process framework, with the chance to suggest improvements. The position includes managing a portfolio of APAC clients and collaborating with internal and external partners in a energetic, evolving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end processing of reinsurance accounts including premiums, claims, brokerage




Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and adherence to process, quality, and control standards
Timely and accurate handling of claims, including proper indexation and data capture
Maintain portfolio financials and ensure timely fund collection (Accounts Receivable)
Manage follow-ups and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Ensure compliance with all internal, external, and regulatory reporting requirements
Effectively manage own workload to meet service and business expectations
Engage directly with internal partners and external clients to resolve operational issues
Ensure professional client communication and take ownership of service quality
Collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies to meet internal client needs
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
