JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a high-performing & passionate Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets across Gujarat. He/She will be responsible for leading sales efforts and travelling extensively across Gujarat to promote our products, generate sales, and build the company's regional presence.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
▪ Sales, marketing & promotion of the company's traffic marking paints, glass beads, primers and road marking paint application equipment across Gujarat.
▪ Travelling extensively across Gujarat (and other regions as required) for sales and promotion of company products.
▪ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base in Gujarat and ensures its robust market presence.
▪ Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships across the assigned territory.
▪ Identify potential customers with the help of associations, contacts and exhibitions; make sales calls, meet clients and conduct timely follow-ups.




▪ Identify new areas of business for the organization and prepare plans for further growth; report to the Head of Department and Director on sales plans, performance and targets achieved.
▪ Achieve sales targets effectively and contribute to the company's growth in the Gujarat region.
▪ Generate new leads, manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments; address customer complaints/grievances efficiently and bring them to proper closure. Present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
▪ Prepare and submit periodic meeting and territory reports.
▪ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of recent products and competitor activity in Gujarat.
▪ Participate in / attend seminars and exhibitions, and develop contacts to enhance business in the region.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned.
▪ Set the regional sales strategy for Gujarat and drive its execution to meet revenue and market share
