Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Oracle HCM Fusion Support team
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
Ensure timely and effective resolution of support tickets and issues
Collaborate with other departments to improve system performance and user experience
Develop and maintain support processes and documentation
Train and mentor support staff
Stay current with Oracle HCM Fusion updates and best practices
- Work Closely with International HR teams & Act as a dedicated international HRIS support
