Roles and Responsibilities:
To ensure installation, commissioning, trouble shooting of heating products, heating service products and to demonstrate the fuel savings to customer.
Single point contact with customer.
Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions.
Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning.
Validation & Efficiency trial of products and Generating field data for product improvement.
Licensing program for TCA for heating & service products and I&C; audit of TCA installations.
Reduction in FOC due to I&C;
Getting customer good reference letters
Walkthrough installation
Enquiry and execution of branded service jobs like RLA,



health checkup, HAZOP, IIOT, I Serve etc. etc.
