Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure contracts are legally sound and protect the company's interests.

Regulatory Compliance
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, medical device laws, and industry standards (e.g., CDSCO, ISO, and other Indian and US laws).

Intellectual Property
Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights related to the company's products and technologies.

Dispute Resolution
Handle and support resolving disputes through legal channels, including settlements, litigation, or arbitration.

Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulatory filings, board resolutions, and other statutory compliance matters.





Legal Research & Advisory
Conduct legal research on relevant issues affecting the healthcare device industry.
Provide ongoing legal support and advice to internal stakeholders (R&D;, operations, marketing, sales).

Litigation Support
Coordinate with external counsels on litigation matters, managing documentation and adherence to timelines.

Risk Management
Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with recent product launches, contracts, and operational procedures.

Training & Awareness
Conduct training sessions for employees on legal matters, including compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
