Own a category of merchant customers, driving growth in relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption.
Develop strategies and tactics to expand the merchant base across business categories.
Create pitch decks, product documentation, RFP responses, and commercial/technical proposals.
Strengthen customer relationships, collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.
Identify prospects for product co-creation with internal teams based on customer insights.
Collaborate with legal teams to structure contracts favorable to both customers and Easebuzz.
