Technical skillsets:
Accounting – Valuable knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.
Tax – Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions
Financial Modeling – Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models. VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred.
