About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and real-estate lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality property leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max & Demand Gen campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real-estate projects.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis & campaign planning.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI/ROAS.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
Create and test different ad copies, landing pages, keywords and audience segments.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.




Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Stay updated with Google Ads trends, platform changes and real-estate digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & PPC.
Proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation.
Positive understanding of Google Analytics 4, GTM & conversion tracking.
Solid knowledge of CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC and conversion funnels.
Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Good understanding of landing pages and lead funnels.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

Experience with Meta Ads is an added advant
