Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation projects, from technical design through go-live.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE technical solutions.
Perform FLEXCUBE configuration, customization, development, and technical enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical components using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and Unix/Shell scripting.
Develop and support integrations between FLEXCUBE and external/third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
Work on FLEXCUBE interfaces, web services, gateway services, and external system integrations.
Support data migration, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration between settings or FLEXCUBE versions.
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
Support environment setup, deployment, patching, release movement, and technical implementation activities.
Troubleshoot application, database, interface, and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.




Perform debugging and performance optimization of FLEXCUBE technical components.
Work closely with functional consultants, business users, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders.
Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, deployment documents, and implementation-related documentation.
Provide go-live and post-production support and participate in L2/L3 technical issue resolution.
Be willing to travel onsite based on project and client requirements.

Required Technical Skills

3–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
Robust experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS implementation projects.
Experience with FLEXCUBE versions 12.x and above, preferably 14.x.
Robust knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Good working knowledge of Java/J2EE.
Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP/XML, Web Services, and system integrations.
