​About the Role
​Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? V2u Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our team. This 3-month paid internship includes a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full time role upon completion.
​Key Responsibilities
​Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen candidates across job portals and professional networks.
​Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview pipelines with hiring managers.
​Database Management: Maintain candidate records and track recruitment operations.
​HR Operations: Assist with onboarding processes,



documentation, and coordination.
​Requirements & Qualifications
​Education: MBA preferred; BBA graduates are also eligible.
​Experience: Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred.
​Skills: Robust communication skills (verbal and written) and basic knowledge of HR practices.
​Availability: Comfortable working the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift schedule.
