We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead IT Security Engineer to join our team.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with Zscaler products. As a Lead Zscaler Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Zscaler solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Zscaler solutions
Collaborate with support teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions
Assist in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference
Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends
