Role & responsibilities
Manage and oversee service operations to ensure effective and effective service delivery.
Provide technical support for VRF and PAC systems, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and qualified manner.
Collaborate with SSDs to ensure seamless service and sales operations.
Oversee project and VRF commissioning, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve VRF system issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Maintain accurate records of service operations, customer interactions, and technical support activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in project management and commissioning.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
