About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive qualified leads for premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing and lead-generation strategies
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and property portals
Build and maintain Naverah Assets’ premium brand presence
Plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Coordinate premium property shoots, reels, walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns
Manage website, landing pages, SEO, and digital campaigns
Create high-quality brochures, presentations, ads,



and WhatsApp creatives
Work closely with the sales team to track leads, site visits, and conversions
Plan and support premium events, project launches, and offline marketing activities

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in real estate, digital, performance, or luxury marketing
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and lead generation
Good understanding of Canva, CapCut, SEO, WordPress, and GA4
Robust communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Experience in premium/luxury real estate is preferred
