Key Responsibilities:
Attend breakdown calls and provide in office technical support.
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and calibration of Videojet equipment.
Raise requests for parts and close transactions under Warranty, CAMP, or Chargeable.
Promote service contracts and consumables to customers.
Demonstrate products and impart training to customers.
Update service reports in Oracle and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify parts requirements, obtain quotes, and manage purchase orders.
Identify potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.
Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer issues within defined procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
