Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused Front Office Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong knowledge of guest relations and client handling.
Key Roles & Responsibilites
Welcome and greet guests and clients in a skilled and courteous manner.
Handle front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, inquiries, and requests.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients.
Address guest concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with guests, clients, and internal departments.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient guest services.
Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
Handle telephone calls, emails,
and other guest/client communications.
Provide accurate information about services, facilities, policies, and procedures.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in resolving client-related issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming front office workplace.
Qualification & Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in front office, guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of guest relations and customer service.
Good experience in client handling and relationship management.
Pleasant personality with a qualified and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult situations.
