We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager to build and strengthen our brand across digital, industry, media, and customer channels. The role will own brand positioning, content strategy, digital marketing, PR, and marketing campaigns while working closely with leadership, product, sales, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's brand and marketing strategy.
Manage brand identity, messaging, positioning, and communication guidelines.
Own LinkedIn, website, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Create compelling content around products, technology, company milestones, and customer success stories.
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Manage PR, media relations, press releases, and external communications.
Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, videos, and product communication.




Work closely with Sales and Business Development to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Track marketing performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or digital marketing.
Solid content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience managing B2B brands and digital/social media channels.
Ability to translate complex technical products into transparent and compelling stories.
Solid ownership, creativity, attention to detail, and execution skills.
Experience in UAV, aerospace, defence, robotics, deep-tech, or technology companies is highly preferred.
