Job Description: Solution Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with experience in Generative AI. You will design the blueprints for our AI ecosystem-selecting models, designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and ensuring our AI initiatives are scalable and ethical.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design: Architect end-to-end Gen AI solutions, including model selection (LLMs, SLMs, Multi-modal), vector database orchestration, and API integration. *
Infrastructure & Scaling: Design high-performance inference pipelines and determine the best deployment strategies (Cloud vs. On-prem). *
RAG & Data Strategy: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to connect LLMs with our proprietary data. *
Governance & Security: Implement "AI Guardrails" to manage hallucination, data leakage, and prompt injection risks. *
Cost Management:



Optimize token usage and compute costs-ensuring we aren't "burning money" on over-engineered solutions. *
Prototyping: Rapidly build Proofs of Concept (Po Cs) to test the feasibility of current AI features *
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. *
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Solution Architect or a similar role, ideally with exposure to AI/ML. *
Frameworks: Deep expertise in Lang Chain, Vertex AI *
Models: Hands-on experience with Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral) *
Proficiency with Graph & Vector DBs *
Development: Robust Python skills and experience with API frameworks like Quick API or Flask. *
Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI *
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code). *
