About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead the growth and profitability of our non-real estate business vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business strategy, managing the P&L;, acquiring recent clients, and leading integrated marketing solutions across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role requires a strategic thinker with solid leadership skills, an extensive industry network, and a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the business vertical, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Lead new business development by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and acquiring current clients across industries (excluding real estate).
Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the organization's vision and revenue goals.
Lead end-to-end client pitches , presentations,



and proposal development.
Oversee the creation of compelling pitch decks, integrated marketing proposals, and strategic business presentations.
Design and recommend 360-degree marketing solutions , including branding, digital marketing, social media, events, activations, influencer marketing, media planning, and creative campaigns.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Digital, Client Servicing, Media, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.
Identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Mentor and lead high-performing business development and client servicing teams.
Monitor business performance through KPIs, forecasts, revenue targets, and profitability metrics.
