We are hiring for a Hyderabad-based enterprise technology company with 170+ professionals, focused on helping organizations build, integrate, automate and modernize business-critical digital operations. The company works across IT services, enterprise applications and digital transformation, with strong relevance to manufacturing and compliance-driven environments.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition, enterprise sales and revenue growth across India, the US and the Middle East. This is a hands-on sales role requiring solid ownership of pipeline generation, senior stakeholder engagement, solution selling, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
Role Overview
· Location: Hyderabad
· Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week
· Employment Type: Full-time
· Experience: 7–10 years
· Markets: India, US and Middle East
· Current Shift: IST; must be adaptable to work in the future
· Joining: Immediate or within 15 days




· Education: Master’s degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to generate current revenue across India, the US and the Middle East.
· Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution discussions, proposals/RFPs, commercial negotiation and closure.
· Build a sustainable pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks and industry connections.
· Sell IT services, software solutions, digital transformation, technology consulting, managed services and enterprise application solutions.
· Work closely with pre-sales, technical, delivery and leadership teams to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
· Prepare strong proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, capability documents, pricing proposals and commercial offers.
· Build relationships with CXOs, technology leader
