Company Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales and business development team in generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the event management industry.

Mandatory Criteria

Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Ability to understand client requirements.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality,



Event Management, or any related field. (Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.)
Freshers: 0–1 year. Experienced: 1–2 years in sales, business development, event management, hospitality, or related industries.
The Junior BDE may work on business development for: Corporate Events, Conferences & Seminars, Product Launches, Exhibitions & Trade Shows, Brand Activations, Weddings & Social Events, Annual Day Functions, Award Ceremonies, Team Building & Corporate Activities, College & Institutional Events.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A proactive, energetic, target-oriented individual who enjoys meeting people, communicating with clients, generating business opportunities, and working in the quick-paced event management industry.
