Job Description

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure systematic storage of items.
Issue materials to various hotel departments against approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Monitor expiry dates, damages, and slow-moving items.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for proper inventory rotation.
Coordinate with Purchase, F&B;, Kitchen, and Accounts departments.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the store area.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.

Job Expectations

Preferred Qualifications:





Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and stock control.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software/ERP.
Positive communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hotel workplace.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum Job Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the hotel/hospitality industry
