Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators
Create and execute innovative media plans across digital platforms, including but not limited to display advertising, social media, video, search, programmatic, email, and other emerging channels
Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting-edge source for digital media strategy
Monitor and optimize campaigns to stay within budget constraints
Tailor media plans to resonate with different audience segments
Analyze campaign performance data for insights on impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to identify strengths and opportunities
Optimize the media mix to strike a balance between different channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of media plans and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
Build and maintain robust relationships with media partners and vendors




Act as first-level POC for client escalations and Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors' strategies, and implement best practices
Stay abreast of the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively recommend recent prospects and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness

Work with the L&D; team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies
