Role Description
• Source quotations from multiple vendors and suppliers based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless order execution.
• Prepare and submit commercial quotations to clients within defined timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Track procurement, dispatch, and delivery status to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports and sales coordination records.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, industrial supply, or a related field.
• Robust communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to undertake occasional client visits as and when required.
