We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of TechOps & Security to lead our technology operations, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security functions. This role is ideal for a technology leader with 12–18 years of experience who can build highly reliable, secure, scalable, and well-governed technology environments.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on and leadership experience across AWS DevOps, DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and cloud governance. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business leadership to establish robust technology operations, strengthen security posture, improve system reliability, and create scalable governance frameworks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall TechOps, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security strategy in alignment with business and technology objectives.
Design and manage highly available, scalable, secure,



and cost-efficient infrastructure primarily across AWS cloud environments.
Establish and improve DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, configuration management, observability, monitoring, and incident management.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, cloud operations, and security.
Define and implement cloud governance frameworks, standards, policies, and controls covering infrastructure, access, security, compliance, and resource management.
Drive infrastructure-as-code and automation using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or equivalent technologies.
Establish robust cloud security practices around IAM, networking, encryption, secrets management, logging, vulnerability management, and access controls.
Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and high-availability strategies for critical systems.
